The Greenberg Center for Learning and Tolerance was founded in November 2003 when Dr. David and Paulette Greenberg were presented with the Temple Shalom Humanitarian Award. In recognition of their award, the Greenberg Center was established to promote learning, understanding and acceptance that honors the cultural dignity of all mankind.

David and Paulette have been active members of the Colorado Springs community for over 45 years. Their dedication to our community comes from a deep love to help others and improve the lives of all humanity.

In June 2025, David and Paulette were honored by KOAA News 5 with the Lighthouse Award, celebrating unsung heroes who make a difference in our community by selflessly serving others.
