The Greenberg Center for Learning and Tolerance, in conjunction with Moxie Films, presents a documentary film based on Dr. Fred Sondermann’s writings. This film tells the story of his 1969 return to his native Germany 30 years after he and his parents escaped just days before the outbreak of World War II. Dr. Sondermann was a political science professor at Colorado College, a Colorado Springs City Council member, the first president of Temple Shalom, and a beloved member of the Colorado Springs community.
The Greenberg Center will host a film screening, discussion with filmmaker Cyd Chartier-Cohn, and a dessert reception. Don’t miss this amazing evening, which is free and open to the public.
